Sagsfremstilling
T er født i 2000. Han er syrisk statsborger. Han fik den 7. marts 2016 opholdstilladelse i
Danmark efter udlændingelovens § 7, stk. 3.
Ved Retten i Svendborgs dom af 30. maj 2024 blev T idømt 2 års fængsel for den 25. januar
2023 om aftenen at have haft samleje og andet seksuelt forhold end samleje med 17-årige F,
der ikke havde samtykket heri, i hendes hjem, jf. straffelovens § 216, jf. til dels § 225. Ved
dommen blev T udvist af Danmark med indrejseforbud for bestandig.
T ankede dommen med påstand om frifindelse, subsidiært formildelse.
