I tidligere instanser er afsagt dom af Retten i Roskilde den 11. oktober 2023 (18F-9547/2022)
og af Østre Landsrets 9. afdeling den 19. marts 2024 (S-2889-23).
I pådømmelsen har deltaget fem dommere: Jens Peter Christensen, Hanne Schmidt, Lars
Hjortnæs, Kurt Rasmussen og Peter Mørk Thomsen.
Påstande
Dommen er anket af T med påstand om frifindelse, subsidiært stadfæstelse med hensyn til den
idømte straf. Hun har endvidere nedlagt påstand om frifindelse for udvisning, subsidiært tilde-
ling af en advarsel om udvisning.
Anklagemyndigheden har påstået skærpelse af straffen og stadfæstelse af udvisningen, dog
således at indrejseforbuddet fastsættes til 6 år.
Anbringender
T har anført navnlig, at hun kun ”snappede” efter forurettedes arm, som hun ikke ramte. Hun
var på daværende tidspunkt ikke korrekt medicineret, men det er hun nu.
