Påstande
Kristelig Fagforening har som mandatar for A gentaget sin påstand om, at
Ankestyrelsens afgørelse af 18. november 2021 hjemvises til fornyet behandling.
Ankestyrelsen har påstået stadfæstelse.
Højesterets begrundelse og resultat
A kom den 3. juli 2018 til skade på sit arbejde. Skaden blev anmeldt til arbejds-
giverens arbejdsskadeforsikring.
Parterne er enige om, at A som følge af generne fra arbejdsulykken gik på efter-
løn på et tidligere tidspunkt, end han ellers ville have gjort, og at han dermed
gik glip af en skattefri efterlønspræmie på 53.664 kr. årligt.
