Påstande
T har nedlagt påstand om, at han ikke burde have været varetægtsfængslet.
Anklagemyndigheden har nedlagt påstand om stadfæstelse af landsrettens kendelse.
Sagsfremstilling
Den 16. december 2024 blev T anholdt i Københavns Lufthavn og sigtet for overtrædelse af
straffelovens § 174 ved i paskontrollen over for en SAS-medarbejder i forbindelse med
udrejse som legitimation at have forevist et ægte svensk nationalitetspas udstedt i navnet ....
Ved Københavns Byrets kendelse af 17. december 2024 blev T varetægtsfængslet frem til 6.
januar 2025. Af kendelsen fremgår bl.a.:
