Påstande
T har nedlagt påstand om, at hun ikke burde have været varetægtsfængslet.
Anklagemyndigheden har nedlagt påstand om stadfæstelse af landsrettens kendelse.
Sagsfremstilling
Den 23. december 2024 blev T, der er iransk statsborger, anholdt i Københavns Lufthavn og
sigtet for dokumentfalsk efter straffelovens § 171, jf. § 172, ved at have forevist en falsk tysk
opholdstilladelse over for en paskontrollør i udrejsekontrollen.
Ved Københavns Byrets kendelse af 24. december 2024 blev T varetægtsfængslet. Af
