Klageren ønsker at blive fritaget fra tilslutningspligt til kollektiv varmeforsyning, idet det anføres, at varme fra udstillingslamper er overskudsvarme fra produktionsvirksomhed, hvorfor klageren er omfattet af undtagelse fra tilslutningspligten efter energiministeriets bekendtgørelse nr. 98 af 19. marts 1982 § 11, stk.
1, nr. 3. Energiministeriet udtaler, at varme fra udstillingslamper ikke kan betragtes som overskudsvarme fra produktionsvirksomhed.
